Oysters lovers look no further

Oysters lovers look no further. Asturias, more specifically the Eo estuary, has the best in Spain (if not the world!)

With two local companies growing up oysters in the Eo estuary- a mollusk that belongs to a species called Crassostrea gigas – this type of oyster is the most consumed variety in France, where it is grown in areas like Marennes-Oléron, Arcachon o Normandía. The aroma and taste of oysters varies according to the nature of the plankton they feed in the estuary of the Eo, an estuary with exceptional conditions, contributes to our product some excellent gastronomic qualities.
